dc.description.abstractwoman’s problems as a gender issue have become an actual issue in this decade. Complaining about the equality of gender is regulated in Inpres No.9/2000. It emphasizes the gender problems with focus in women empowerment and has been a National issue. This passage expresses a description about women who work in manufacture industries. The relevance between the regulation and gender mainstream is an expression about woman’s problem mapping which becomes gender in equality in industry scope. As we know, most manufacture industries use the women called blue color workers as the main workers in production processes. The main role is still followed by some exploitative problems and gender inequality between male and female. The reality is all about minimum wage, subordination, stereotype, violence and sexual harassment, etc. it has become bad face in industries which have women as their workers. The mapping of this problem is supported by the fact from relevant research result and relevant concept. The conclusion of this patriarchy system which gives stereotype in women as feminine creatures correlates very much with social values and empirical condition which become gender inequality in industries. We really need the gender mainstream as a relevant solution to solve this problem.en_US
