Costumer perseption and preference about a product will influence the positioning product. However, the positioning product will related to attempt the determination of market segmentation. Positioning of merk handphone in this survey using software KYST-MDS and PREFMAP-MDS. Markov Chains usually used to study about the behaviour of long and short term of the specific stochastic system. In this survey, the system that we viewed is the behaviour of handphone owner in choosing merk handphone that will be used.
