Respons Bibit Manggis (Garcinia Mangostana L.) Terhadap Pemberian Berbagai Dosis Cendawan Mikoriza Arbuzkula (Cma)
The research about the response of mangosteen (Gorcinia Mangostana L.) seeds to the distribution various doses of micoriza arbuzkula fungus (CMA) had been done from April to July 2004 in the semi glasshouse and laboratory of Agricultural Faculty of the University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Barat. The design used is Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replication. When on the analyses of variance is found significant difference, so it is done the continued test of Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the significant level of 5%. The results of the research denotes that the distribution of micoriza arbuzkula fungus (CMA) with the doses of 15 g/polybag and 20 g/polybag give the significant result to the plant height, leaf number, wet weight of the shoot, dry weight of the plant, but non significant to the circle of the stem, wet weight of the rots and the ratio of the root ends. The distribution of micoriza arbuzkula fungus with the doses of 15 g/polybag can already give the good result to mangosteen (Gorcinia Mangostana L.) seeds in the age of 12 weeks after planting.
