Library of USU earn viewed as an entitas business. Library of USU give service in the form of service of book substance for civitas of academic person USU, so that be needed a way of approach which totally in conducting to repair to develop Library USU so that in line with Tri Dharma USU. To fulfill demand of book service which progressively mount, hence be needed a repair of service quality which not only problem of equipment of reading substance, but also from given service facet. Servqual used to identify requirement of book client;subscriber to service given by Library of USU. QFD used to develop characteristic of service of Library of USU. Application of QFD in this research is in the form of matrix of House Of Quality desain of development of characteristic of Service of Library of USU. Pursuant to forming of Matrix of HOQ desain of development of characteristic of service of Library, obtained by input to party of management of Library of USU, there is 4 requirement variable which given high priority for strive to repair.
