Law should assist human bring to develop based on their characteristic by taking up dignities, faith, fair, equality, freedom, and setting up the communite for sale. Unfortunately, the work deal between the employers with the manager/businessman which state the the work conditions, rights, and obligation of the workers/employers are not fair. The employers are agree with the requirements because of their need. In fact, it show that the women employers are distinguished in the matter of the company regulations. The woman employers do not get welfare incentives for their husband and children. The workers regulation No. 13 is good. However, the implementation is not running as its purpose.
