| Abstract: | Percobaan telah dilakukan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan bungkil inti sawit (BIS) fermentasi dengan Penicillium sp. dalam ransum terhadap performa ayam broiler. Percobaan ini dirancang menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan (10% BIS, 15% BISF, 20% BISF, dan 25% BISF dalam ransum ayam broiler). Ransum disusun ISO protein (22%) dan ISO energi (3.000 kkal/kg). Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, dan efisiensi ransum memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda tidak nyata (P>0.05) di antara perlakuan. Kesimpulan dari percobaan ini adalah bungkil inti sawit yang telah difermentasi dengan Penicillium sp. dapat dijadikan bahan pakan alternatif sebanyak 30% dalam ransum ayam broiler. |
| Abstract (other language): | An experiment was conducted to determine the effect Penicillium sp.-fermented Palm Kernel Cake (PKCF) in the diets on the performance of broilers. This experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design with 5 treatments (10% PKC, 15% PKCF, 20% PKCF dan 25% PKCF in broiler diets) and 4 replications. All diets were arranged ISO protein (22%) and ISO energy (3000 Kcal/kg). The result of this research showed that feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed efficiency were not significantly different (P>0.05) among treatment means. It can be concluded that Penicillium sp.-fermented palm kernel cake could be used as much as 30% in the broiler diet. |
