Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Motivasi Kerja Karyawan pada PTPN II Kebun Batang Serangan
ABSTRACT Motivation is an effort that a manager perform in supporting another with spirit, at least to encourage his subordinates and lead those workers to work according to their capacity, do the best in order to obtain the result as required. Motivation is a way to push those workers perhaps in running their duties. The motivation, however is in different one and another. Since difference in motivation, then it influences greatly on worker's conduct in making services. Therefore, a manager should know deeply and try to search whatever motivation conforming with their circumstances for encouraging to work as desire. In principle, the motivation provided however, classified into two categories. The first, a positive motivation, namely motivation provided for subordinates/workers. For this category, a leader/manager give something reward (bonus).The second one, with a negative motivation, provided for subordinates/workers, but it couse fear/worries, by put any punishment to those workers is in faultiness to work. In order to provide and improve spirit as Well as enthusiastic in working, the secret to this thing, perhaps in a manager knows whatever as required/requested. by those workers, in consequently, it can cause or improve their spirit to work in duties, since this perhaps as an obligation for manager to find whatever possible to support those workers, and improve their wishing to serve. In any program to work, however it may have obstacle/inhibiting in implementation. As• in this case, PTPN II Kebun Satang Serangan, the top management in motivating the workers however find obstacles/inhibiting, such as those workers ignored more about the purposes corporation set up, sometime by motivation that it has been executed amongst them, with the target to improve the method of working they have beside any obstacles they face and deal with, for those workers fulfill the requirements.
