| Abstract (other language): | Tax is a contribution of people to the cash-state to legal law (can be forced) with not able to get balancing income. Which have purpose and used for public settlement (Soemitro, 1990). As we know that tax have a part of increasing economic development. Economic development is a process that can increase the society income percapita for long term program (Sukirno, 1985:13)
In this case, writer analyse the part of region tax of economic development in Labuhanbatu. The reason for choosing region tax as independent variable because region tax is one the source of origin regional income that has an important part in economic development in Labuhanbatu.
The estimated from the regression model of economic development (GDRP) with region tax as independent variable by using eviews 4.1 programs, we know that region tax is significant influencing the economic development in Labuhanbatu. |
