Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Konsumen Untuk Berbelanja di Pusat Perbelanjaan Makro (Studi Kasus : Konsumen PT. Makro Indonesia di Medan)
On the globalization era, trade activities has an important role in making one country can compete with other countries at economy section. Such as trade activities can run smoothly by the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructures. One of facilities and infratructres is shooping centre. It has been built-up at some cities. In Medan, there are some shooping centre with sophiscated facilities. Makro is a shooping centre located at Jln. Gatot Subroto KM 7.8 (on jalan Raya Medan - Binjai). Although it is far, but many customers are coming for shooping, because it prepares several kinds of goods and with relative cheap of price. The result of research concluded that customers spend more than their income for shooping, therefore customers have to with draw their savings. Thus, before going to shooping there, it is important for customers to make need list of goods. And also customers are important to consider their family needs and to resist their preferences they are not important to buy excessive non-urgent goods and they have to adjust their spending to income.
