One of characteristics of Indonesian economy is existed the differences between traditional sector and modern sector on all economy sectors, where those small scale entrepreneurs that has organization and working relations by informal, in lower productivity and by slow speed of progress. In one side, modern sector usually has more modern organization, regularly and formally, where some modern companies use more modern technology as well as with capital then small companies. In addition, the opportunity to gain fund by credit from financial institute also more open for those modern company, while traditional companies depend greatly on source of family financial or those institutes available local and around. Since available Governmental policy currently in presenting KIK/KMKP, numbers of customer and total credit increasing, either distributed by private Banks that already permitted by Bank Indonesia, where this case indicates that the role of KIK/KMKP for developing those small scale business with weak economy is so greatly. It can be recommended that credit however bring a positive effect over the receiver of credit, is particularly if the credit can be precisely operated according to its target for improving the business. The use of credit for the development of business refers to its period of time operation, there 75%-100% mainly to plot for development of business as debtor/ small scale entrepreneur at least having experience 5 years operations, while some debtors/small scale business with experience less than 5 years assumed unable to have that credit using the fund, and it can be seen that by experience is an important point in distributing credit of BPR. Therefore, Debtor/ small scale entrepreneur can more understand and then make allocation significantly their credit for development of business. To those debtor/small scale entrepreneur has already get some fund credit more than 3 periods, however they can hold and enjoy, while binding a good relationship between the debtor/small scale entrepreneur with BPR.
