| Abstract (other language): | Area Autonomy is exactly began on January 1st, 2001 in Tebing-Tinggi City. By giving autonomy for this city, the writer want to see how far its influence especially for education.
Because of that, the writer's scription titled "Autonomous influence area to Increase of The Quality Of Service Of Education Of Public School Services In Tebing-Tinggi City." The problem faced is how Autonomous influence area to Increase of the Quality Of Service Of Education Of Public School In Tebing-Tinggi City. The writer chose 5 indicators to measure how far its influence. Those indicators are the fund of government rate, the fund of committee's school, the cost unit, the elegibility of teacher teach, and the student ratio per teacher.
According to the result of reasearch that area autonomy will give influence to increase the quality of service of education of public school from the segment the fund of government rate, the cost unit, and the elegibility of teacher teach. Eventhough from the segment of the students ratio per teachers and the fund of the committee's school, the area autonomy does not influence the quality of education public school service. These are caused ofthe committee's school more take apart from the quality of committee's school works as the support department of rising the school quality in public schools not from the fund. Eventhough the distribution of teachers and students have been equally spread, as well as before and after the regency outonommy has been done. |
