    Abstract
    Forwarding information technology of Indonesia able to competitive with another growth country. With the conviction forward telecomunication sector to reach national development program. Therefore the development of telecomunication can't seperated from development country which science and technology. The development of the telecomunication facilities support the society need for information transmissing rapidly and accurately. Information era didn't depend on distance or location, economical crisis and unstabled politic. In addition, the development of telecomunication facilities can not seperated from the education, science and technology development of user and resever of telecomunication service. Therefore, PT. Telkom has responsibility to increase the quality and quantity of education sector for society as market oriented.
