Abstract (other language):	High economic growth is all government target. All government want to reach this goal because economic growth can describe the society condition and can show us about welfare index in a country or region. There are some main factor that influence economic growth. This scripsi’s analysis used some factor like government expenditure, foreign investment and labor. Beside the analysis in descriptive way, this scripsi also used a analysis in regression way by using a computer program called eviews. North Sumatera’s economic growth is dominated by agriculture sector as a leading. This condition make North Sumatera economic structure a primary structure. The estimated from the regression model where economic growth as a dependent variable and government expenditure, foreign investment and labor as the independent variable by using eviews program, are know that government expenditure, foreign investment is not as significant influencing the economic growth and labor is significant influencing the economic growth in North Sumatera province.
