Indonesia that located in eguator is a potential and fertille country for the development of agricultural sector. Based on presented data, there are 55% of population works in agricultural sektor. This indicates that most of population depend to agricultural activities. But in fact, the agricultural sector in Indonesia has not yet developed and provide the maximal output because the farmers has a poor knowledge and the simplest thingking pattern in addition to the scarse of capital. Therefore, the government has an important role activelly to increase the capability of the farmers through the loan facilities and agricultural extension, procurement of agricultural technologies and to encourage the farmers to cultivated the potential crops either in domestic or foreign market in order to enhance the living standard of them.
