Generally, the level of live or society's prosperous reflected from the rate and the form of consumption. The high and the low of expences to individual consumption or household refers to the factor that definited the economic increase and the growth in one region. Economics theory stated that even level and form of consumption has a close related to the amount of income. That someone's consumption is parallel with income, the bigger income, so the bigger the form of expenditure for consumption. However the level of income is not the only factor with also influence it. There is some factors influence it, too. The social consumption form is different among the social level, the one who has high and the low income, either, in type or amount. The observation about income and the expense of household or the consumption form has been done before, but the intensive study of society's consumption for the society's industry in a effort to full the need still found rarely. Therefore, this observation has to purpose to know the factors that influence the form of society's industry consumption, especially in crude palm oil processing industry, namely PT. Astra Agro Lestari 2, and how the effect of the factors to their consumption form. This observation located in the region of Medan Tanjung Morawa, with the respondent of employee's PT. Astra Agro Lestari 2 as the one economic actor in the formal sector of 30 persons. The technic of analysing primary data according to the purposive sampling method and by a direct interview base on questioner's that have been prepared.The result of discusstion from this analysing consist below; The factor that influence the consumption form of employee's PT. Astra Agro Lestari 2 as the rate of income, the assurance amount, the rate of education and the rate of age have an obvious influence to the consumption form of the employee's PT. Astra Agro Lestari 2. All thoser four factors obviously influence together to the consumption form in the rate of trust 95%.
